Standard Features

  • 1/8 - 2.5 ton (125 - 2500 kg) capacities
  • Zinc plated and case-hardened load chain (DAT) 10, 15 and 20 ft (3, 4.5 and 6 m) standard lift heights 
    • Additional lift available in 1 ft or 1 m increments
  • Long bracket suspension connects to a wide range of trolley types for monorails, enclosed track or other fixing points
  • Two-speed hoist controls (4:1 speed ratio) - available for various power supplies
  • Single speed hoist controls - available for 460V-3Ph-60Hz power supply only
    • Upper and lower electrical limit (micro) switches
    • Torque-limiting slip clutch device for hoist overload protection
    • Plug-in pushbutton pendant with E-stop button
    • Indoor use - operational temperature with rated load and speed: -4°F to 104°F [-20°C to 40°C]

     

    Standard Trolley Features include:

    • Push trolley or motorized trolley with motor brake and integral two-speed or inverter controls
    • Crown tread wheels for use on a tapered flange or flat flange
    • Safety drop lugs and rubber bumpers
